Subscriptions, Refunds and Cancellation

Neobleu is in public beta. This is a draft that hasn’t finished legal review, and it will change before launch. Parts marked [like this] are still to be confirmed.

Last updated: 5 November 2026. This policy explains how Neobleu's paid plans renew, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Our plans and prices

Joining, posting, applying and messaging on Neobleu are free. These plans add more:

Plan Web price App Store / Google Play
Pro A$12 a month or A$120 a year A$13.99 a month or A$139.99 a year
Organisation A$79 a month or A$790 a year web only
Developer A$29 a month or A$290 a year, plus metered usage web only
Neobleu Work Teams A$29 per user a month or A$290 per user a year web only
Neobleu Work Business A$59 per user a month or A$590 per user a year web only
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you're outside Australia, we show your price and any local tax before you pay.
  • Annual plans cost 10 months' price, so you get 2 months free.
  • App Store and Google Play prices are higher because those stores charge a fee on each sale.
  • Founding members get 12 months of Pro free. We don't take card details for this, and nothing is charged when it ends. You choose whether to subscribe.
  • Developer usage: usage above the included allowance is charged per call. We show the price before each paid call runs, and you set a monthly spend cap that we never go over.

Before you pay

Before you subscribe, we show you the price, how often you'll be charged, that the plan renews automatically, when the first charge happens, and how to cancel.

If you buy on our website, Ryujin Group (trading as Neobleu, ABN [ABN]) is the seller, and we email you a GST tax invoice for every charge. Business customers can download invoices from Settings › Billing.

Renewal and reminders

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We send you a reminder:

  • at least 7 days before a free trial or founding-member period ends;
  • at least 7 days before an annual plan renews;
  • at least 30 days before any price increase applies to you.

Each reminder tells you the amount, the date and how to cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, online, in as few steps as it took to sign up. You never need to call or email us.

  • Bought on the web: go to Settings › Billing › Cancel plan in the app or at neobleu.com.
  • Bought on iPhone or iPad: cancel in your Apple account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). We link straight there from Settings › Billing.
  • Bought on Android: cancel in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). We link there too.

When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Your content stays. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that first.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law if our service has a major problem, for example, if it doesn't work as described, or can't be fixed within a reasonable time. If you are outside Australia, your local consumer law applies.

On top of your legal rights, we also refund:

  • any charge we made by mistake, such as a double charge;
  • the unused part of your plan if we close your account without good reason, or remove a paid feature you rely on;
  • the unused part of a prepaid period if you cancel because we changed these terms or raised your price.

For a web purchase, ask through Settings › Billing or at hello@neobleu.com [placeholder address]. We aim to reply within 5 business days and refund to your original payment method.

For App Store or Google Play purchases, Apple or Google process refunds, so request them through the store. If the store can't help and the problem is ours, contact us and we'll sort it out. Using the store's refund process doesn't reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you're in the EU or UK

You have 14 days from buying a subscription to withdraw from it, using the "Withdraw from contract" button in Settings › Billing or by emailing us. If you asked us to start your plan straight away and used it, we may deduct a fair amount for the days you had it.

Price changes

We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. It takes effect from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want to continue, cancel before then.
